Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 dried dates – pitted
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
