- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
